Insider trading. It is typical as the stock will be expected to fall once MS and Yahoo buy out happens.

What you see is pretty much illegal activity that traders do before something major is announced...

And what is to be announced?
Yahoo MS buy out to be announced in a few days i got no doubts now about it.

I think GOOG will go up again though.. and didnt Y! decline the deal?

Oh yeah thats a definate sign of Insider trading right there.

Someone knows its gonna happen.

And I dunno I kinda think MS/Yahoo will purge Googles high stock value pretty quickly.

Everyone knows MS puts the lock down and when they do these things its not a clumsy company whats so ever they take market share period...

NO Yahoo has not declined the deal. Last I read they were discussing how the buyout will occur and what elements in the Yahoo workforce will work with MS.

If they are talking about that then whats going on is the negotation of the buy out price as well.

You heard it first on GFY, mano 2 maybe 3 days or maybe less the announcement will be made. Maybe even tomarrow morning, that drop is pretty crazy and I seen that before in other stocks.
