PayPal & Affiliate Programs
 

Currently PayPal does not have a working affiliate script to use on sites that wish to offer an affiliate program. Does anyone know of a script that is compatible with PayPal?
Further, does anyone know how and if PayPal is affected by the new Visa regs?

i heard from a good souce that they were affected. this applies to most internet transacions but it is only the high risk category that needs to pay the registration fee

ALL internet transactions are affected by the cross border visa issue
