how many days it take to return my money from Outstanding status?

my epass virtual card is attached to my paypal.i ordered some domains through paypal,
but that transaction is canceled by my domain registerer. It is overall around $800 , i already had $600 in my paypal balance.so it took around 200 from my epassporte card. after cancellation my $600 apperared on my paypal account.but my epassporte maount is still outstanding status.when it will clear? i waited for one month but still it is outstanding status.when it will return to my epass account?

Welcome to the world of waiting for phantom epass transactions to disappear... I had the same with a $400 restaurant charge that was listed twice.

Possible solution: lose your virtual card # and only use your physical card to withdraw cash. Anything else and you're going to run into a similar situation sooner or later.

The Outstanding transactions is deleted about 30 days after you attempted the transaction and your balance will update when the transaction is deleted.
