Boring! 2257 question for PRIMARY producers
 

Are there any small PRIMARY producers of content who would like an online records package that includes an overseas custodian of records?

You maintain the records online on our server, you post our office address and our custodian as your custodian and we make them accessible; you keep a copy on a local PC also. A monthly fee from $50 up depending upon the number of records.

Anyone want to know more?

where are you located and you do realize the liability involved with outsourcing your custodian?

We are located in Panama.

The liability cuts both ways; if you do not input the correct data we are screwed as well as you. If you input the correct data you have a local mirror of all your data ready for inspection if we decide to stop.

This is more a marketing question at this time than a prospectus.
