Gallery thumbs - Small?

Anyone with any tips how to make my gallery thumbs smaller? I don't think I want to gif them, and after playing, I can't seem to get a 120x120 jpg for anything below 14k. That's huge.

You've gotta have a shitty ass thumbnailer if you can't get them below 14k.. Our sharp 150 thumbs our generally about 6k.

We use smaller animals thumbnailer.

I grabbed thumbsplus, and it put em to 2k!
at 85% they're only 4k
