Any jam band fans out there?
 

Any of you jam band fans out there heading to Jam in the Dam next month?

Cant find any jam fans over here in romania... these europeans sure love some DJs though... just no one loving real music

jam bands are good, ive seen, phish, moe and the dead in concert

yeah, seen all of those hundreds of times, but since i moved to romania a couple years ago not much selection :(

people here all are in love with DJs and house music, but not live bands... oh well, chicks are hot at least !

man, all my friends here in atlanta are jam band freaks...there is a bar up the road that ONLY has jam bands there, and god it is so annoying

any time we go to our friends houses, someone pulls out the bongos and a guitar and starts jamming, ANNOYING

That's funny you mention something stupid like that. Ever seen a "rap artist" or pop bitch running an entire orchestra? I think not. Do realize that most "DJ's" are producers...who maeistro orchestrated masterpieces. Read a book.
I have seen the Grateful Dead with an orchestra by the way before you mention lol and WOW, they sure can jam.

dont get me wrong, i like DJs, i find what they do very impressive for sure (saw tiesto here a couple months ago), i just mis spoke and what i meant to say was that they dont really enjoy watching live bands... real music was the wrong phrase to use you are right

Haha ok just makin sure. And, I have to admit, even though my music life revolves around house music I still absolutely LOVE jam bands and in my opinion the Grateful Dead was the best jam band of all time. :2 cents:
