Dont they already do "dna sweeps?" When there is a rape they round up as many men as they can in the area take their dna and enter it into a database? They are turning that island into a good prison dont you think?

Governments in Britain and the US are both working on DNA databases, they have been working on it for quite a long time already, and sooner or later, it's going to be for everyone.

The population will be even asking for it (hence me posting a poll screenshot) to fight a growing epidemic of terrorism and crime (poll was related to a serial killer).
