Why didnt the bus driver open the door???

Unless the bus driver has previous authorization from the parents, they are not allowed to drop kids anywhere but their designated destination. Something happens to the kid after they get off the bus, the bus driver would be liable.

I can see some parent yelling "why did you leave my kid miles from her home all alone just because she was talking on her cell phone?!!!"

How do you turn a simple bus ride to school into this? That girl is pure trash. Her mother should have had an abortion.

Due to the fact that the bus driver and her daughter were the ugliest chicks involved, I have scientifically concluded that they lost and were totaly wrong.

I think everyone missed the point here a little.
1. Bus driver provoked the student by physically grabbing here which is not allowed.
2. Bus driver took the phone forcefully from her, also not allowed.
3. Bus driver punched the student.

Add those up, that driver will/was likely fired.

I'd kick my daughters ass for acting like that, but it's my ass to kick. Not some bus driver, and if she wasn't terminated immediately police and lawsuits would be involved.

Goddamn. Was that chick trying to show off for her friends, or what? I noticed she kept staring at the camera and even waved at it once. I don't know who's fault that was, but I'm sure that bus driver is now without a job. Props to the bus drivers daughter, though. She was out numbered and smaller than both of those chicks, yet she went up there and showed that one bitch up.
