Baddog .. what do you think of this Bike .. (PIC)
 

I was thinking of picking this up before the summer ( you know how much i love your bike) but i'm not sure if i'm saving enough to not buy from the dealer. the bike looks clean but to be honest i'm not sure about the price with the upgrades. it would be my first Harley .. what do you or anyone else think of it?

Upgrades include: forward controls, hyper charger air cleaner, rear fender, lowered rear shocks, thunder header, front fork brace, solo seat and tail light/license plate relocated to primary cover.
All add on items were powder coated or painted to match the factory finish.
Some original stock parts that were removed will go with the sale.

**For anyone who thinks this bike is over priced --- check your NADA book or any Harley dealer (cause that's what i did)- The dealer would list it for $14,000 plus tax and processing fee...

Looks like a faggetty sportster type of model. Baddog will even agree that this is a queer as bike. He is just stating that it's a fag wagon in a nice way because he doesn;t want to hurnt your feelings. Unless that bike's seat cushion is filled with $12,000 in ones, there is no way that hunk of shit is worth that kind of money.

In fact it looke like a Jap piece of crap no offense man.

he's had it listed for awhile now. i think i'll hit a few dealers and see what's out there. i just like that its upgraded already but you found yours ready to go and yours is really nice. This one has the wrapped exhaust i like and you hate ..lol

When ever I buy A second hand bike I always take it for a test ride, then always offer them lower than what they are asking for it even if I have to walk away from it for a couple of days. I always leave my number and tell them if they havent sold it within a few days to give me a ring..it normally works and then you can haggle even more. From the pics it looks in good nick

Yeah, how many people have let you test ride their Harley's?

The closest I ever had to that happening was when I was 18 and bought my first. The seller gave me a ride on it.

mmm you can go down to Dockgate 20 which is one of the biggest Harley outlets in Southampton and they let you test ride thier bikes. In fact most bike shops over here let you test ride bikes

I think he means a private owner ... I would haggle for sure ..i am a salesman by nature and that's half the fun ..lol

No dealership I have ever been to will let you test ride a bike first. Yes, Harley will go to Sturgis or Daytona and bring a couple demo bikes but the odds of you getting a chance to ride one are pretty slim.

Yeah I guess its a bit diff over in the States to what it is over here. I have only ever bought one new bike over here which I did not test ride but all the others I have taken for a test ride. I wouldent buy a second hand bike if I was not allowed to ride it first.

IF you are buying a second hand bike they let you test ride them as long as you have two forms of ID and you have insurance that allows you to ride any bike, If the bike is not moted or taxed then they dont let you.
