The great Fidel Castro last day in power

The great Fidel Castro last day in power

Today is the great Fidel Castro last day in power.

I wonder if the USA will stop trespassing on cuba as there 100 year contract for Guantanamo Bay ran out a few years ago and Cuba has refused to re-new it, and regest all payments made sinse by the USA. So it would be nice if the USA stoped tresspassing and did the legal thing.

Seriously?

Probono 02-23-2008 08:35 PM

The great Fidel? When is the last time you went to HAvana?

pornask 02-23-2008 08:38 PM

Fidel was a great man, he'll be missed.

GrouchyAdmin 02-23-2008 08:39 PM

Wow, you're fucking drunk.

Damian_Maxcash 02-23-2008 08:45 PM

Tell that to my Mother whos father that was jailed for not releasing his home in 1962. That many years later we never heard where or when he died no body, no grave.

You are a clueless asshole.

Why didn't you just call him 'Grandfather'?

'My mother whos father that was jailed'.....

I hate to break it to you, but English isn't the primary language in Cuba.

"Dead Fidel" speaks VERY good English most of the time.

You're typing semantics on this issue...shame on you.

I never had the chance to meet him, and he was only 37 BTW. Lost repect.

Given how difficult English is, I can not fault him for this; when I learned the basic structure of Spanish (and am still grasping at it, despite being back in the US), I can truly feel how difficult it is to master a new language.

He has a point; Fidel, for all people want to fault Kennedy for everything, was not the nicest person, and anyone who didn't fall in line, disappeared. :thumbsup

Realize the importance of my mind frame. He was more of my Mother's Father than
a Grandfather to me in life.

Way off subject anyway. I was beating up on the poster that typed Fidel will be missed.
Go to Habana and try to meet him. And it IS HABANA not Havana. I vented thanks.

campimp 02-24-2008 01:24 AM

what he said was more appropriate than talking about his grandfather, since he was saying you should talk to his mom... since the point of reference was his mom, the man was his moms dad...

i think fidel did a lot of bad, and a lot of good. but for sure cuba will be better without him in the long run

Fap 02-24-2008 03:53 AM

ermm the GREAT fidel?
