Anyone else having tech issues with Clips4Sale?

anyone else here been having issues loading content to clips4sale, or with other quirks with their system this week? I'm having all sorts of them, and trying to figure out if it's just an issue with me/my connection (as was suggested), or with other people as well.

I'm starting to think that there's something wrong with Vegas, because 2 other content producers here are having an issue ftp'ing clips to them.
