Legal = Site owns or has license to display content.

Illegal = Site does not own or have license to display content.

First I start tube site whit illegal content (taken from others tube sites) but then I see did I have SE traffic and don't make trades and I will not make sale if I give surfers lot of free porn, so now in hosted video section I put only sponsor's embed players, now my SE traffic grow all is legal and I have much more chance to make sale ( and I make 1 for now :) )

well that sure as hell clears everything up

illegal - redtube.com : mostly stolen content with full length movies.

legal - superporntube.com : sponsors approved content from either hosted galleries or downloadle promos.

now we are getting some where.

if you have tube with kids getting raped and tortured, i think thats illegal.. but id consult with an atty first to be sure

legal tube = tube site showing content mostly coming from program owners or having deals with content producers etc, usually shorter clips

illegal tube site = user driven content, porn vids from various sources, no one cares about copyright rights, short clips mixed with 15 minutes hardcore porn videos, sometimes even 60mins+ videos


both kinds of tube sites fuck up the biz for the average affiliate but the illegal ones fuck up the biz also for the content producers/program owners, so you see more people crying about illegal tube sites nowadays than about tube sites in general
