Honestly I can't imagine the 7% of people with common sense running things. It just seems way too good to be true.

People would just start new ones, and call them 'Beliefs' instead of religions or something...

there would be no war.....and that's bad for the economy so we'd just find some other silly thing to fight over

Unfortunately religion is the single most important tool used to both manage and oppress people. The world would be better off without it but it would take a few generations of bloodshed and something would replace it.

Karl Marx was correct religion is the opiate of the masses and they want it; bad.

Just human nature. If it's not fighting over religion it will be over something else. Not to mention all the people who have been repressed because they weren't allowed to do something before will turn into goddamn maniacs, ie jack mormons.

Sale of kosher foods would go down, for one.
