MAINSTREAM: Software developers you'd trust with creating online banking software?

Hello I've got some funding to create an online banking system for a mainstream client.

Has anyone here been involved in something like that before? Can you recommend a software company, preferably in Europe which could handle this?

Thanks for your help.

my programmer i've had for 5 years has worked with many backends for my pharmaceutical sites and has access to tens of thousands of full credit card info and nothing has happened. He's Ukranian, but he's also the best, most on time, thorough programmer i've worked with in 12.5 years in this business... lmk if he can be of assistance. he's fast too, and very thorough

A good friend of mine creates software for banks. If interested, contact me and I'll give you his contact info.

If you need more info and/or personal contacts on this company let me know. Always a pleasure to work with them.

I'd say Tanguy @0x7a69.net. He wrote the underlying basis for NetBilling, which is probably one of the least error prone gateways that's available to this industry.

As an online banking user, this thread scares me. :(

I spent 10 years writing software for banks and brokerage houses. Got sick of waring a suite every day to work and left that biz and came to adult. Now i write code at client sites waring track pants

Hi,

While Tanguy is a very good programmer, he did not write any of our payment gateway. He has however, written apps that work with our system and has worked with several of our clients.
