Why Purified Water and Distilled Water are Bad For You
 

"Purified water tends to be acidic and can only be recommended as a way of drawing poisons out of the body. Once this is accomplished, the continued drinking of purified water is a bad idea."

Real purified water is not really acidic. If you measure the pH-value, you will probably get a acidic result depending on how it was purified but if you add just a really tiny amount of an alkaline substance, the pH-value will be completely alkaline.

If you drink purified water, you should always make sure to get enough natural minerals through your food... mainly vegetables... but you should do that whether you drink purified water or mineral water as the minerals in most mineral waters cannot be really used by your body anyway.

It is, however, factually correct.

that depends where you live probably. i don't drink tap water here in CZ, but in Germany due to quality control it's better than a lot of bottled waters

distilled water has a neutral PH. I always add stabilized liquid oxygen supplement drops to my water to help consume more alkaline producs

I asked my family doctor about the best water to drink and she said that the only water I should be drinking is spring water.

She recommended to NOT drink purified, distilled, ionized, municipal or tap water. Just natural untreated spring water. Been doing it for almost a year and I feel great. :thumbsup

When i purify the water here for my aquariums the Ph is Dead on Neutral. If not the water is hard as hell and high alkaline.
