Server backup systems (RAID, Tape, etc.)

I am looking at some backup systems for my servers. I wanted a 3 HD RAID system (RAID 5?) but it was a little too pricy.

Just curious what you all use?

RAID5 or RAID1+0, and rsync to back them up to a machine in my office.
