I was looking for tipping info last xmas and I found you should give a bonus equivalent to whatever the normal service cost was. So if you have a masseuse once a week for $80 bucks a session then the holiday bonus should be an additional $80. So I guess if you pay your butler weekly or biweekly the bonus should be equal to one normal paycheck from you? If you can afford a butler I'm guessing that is doable. :)
