I have been hearing a lot about trying to set your self apart from the millions of other porn sites. Thus far I have not read or heard anyone come up with anything interactive which keeps the members coming back for more.

So how about someone develop the concept that which keeps your audience hooked

1. Allow members to find models, pay them cash for their efforts and allow them to to be in a scene with that model.

2. Every month pick one member who will be allowed to be in a scene with their favorite model, they keep the video for their personal use (obviously you don't want their wife or gf to know)

3. Allow members to be part of the recruitment of new models by taking votes, and suggestions.

4. Once a year members conference (shareholders meeting) in a certain location where members can come and meet and greet all their favorite models, take pictures, here from the people running the company of where they are trying to take the company in the next fiscal year.

I have yet to see any porn site which does all the following.

Sounds cool.. But i started with something similar a long time ago. aluckystranger.com. It was my buddies concept. it was fun to shoot, But the reality of it, is you are assuming all guys can get hard and fuck! And then you assume the guys will open up like a male pornstar. Then I got the bright idea of actully shooting guys that thought they could be porn stars. I shot 40 of these things. With an 18 year old james Dean as camera "B" and the stunt cock just in case of failure. I had to hinge my bets. Because i learned already that regular guys cant fuck on camera!!!

We interveiwed everybody before we brought out the girl. Everybody gave it the big talk about how big their dick was and what they were going to do! That was comedy in itself!!! Especially after they puled out there dicks! as if i had no concept of size and space.. lol

I am just talking out of my ass when it comes to these ideas, but in general I think you get the point of keeping the members involved as if they are part of the decision making process.

Its an old school way of thinking, but in essence those members are your bread and butter so you have to keep them happy at all costs. I mean even in my business customer is king.

James is $600 and worth it. He is booked 2 months out and is directing for Joanna Angle a lot. He is really good.
