I've got a small virtual account there for some small blogs that I am working on. So far I have had 0 downtime and support requests are resolved within a few minutes.

awesome guys, i was with then for a while before moving to yellowfiber (not on bad terms), Moose and Sly were always helpful to anything i needed, i'd recommend them to anyone

Installatron is a pretty good program. We have had a couple issues with it in the past, but all in all, it seems to be a time saver.

I got some small stuff over there, and have never had any problems,
quick answers on emails aswell.

I actually meant that fantisco (sp) program as most hosts seem to have it now, but no biggie, just would of made it easier for me.
