A few hundred USD I believe. First it was much higher, but thanks to one of their employees(not owners) we got a big chuck of our money at the end.

Dieselaction never paid me and did not respond to any of my emails.
Solution : stopped promoting them.

I´ve been doing this for 7-8 years now and I have learned that you dont want to promote a sponsor to much until you receive that first check.
So they only owe me like a $1000.

CCBILL/verotel sponsors excluded.

I´m looking forward to all sorts of excuses from them further down this thread :thumbsup

Rush4Gold that was one of my fist sponsors back in 97 when I was just building galleries and free sites I made a lot of money with their PPC but all the sudden it just stopped :321GFY :321GFY :321GFY :321GFY

Shit I could not even tell you how many forgotten programs out there that have either gone out of business or are still around that I started a basic promo with and realized the ratio's were shit so I never met the minimum payouts. Was not about to send another 50k hits to try to get another sale. Usually I just forgot about them though. I would add them in rotation somewhere, never see any returns and take them out or just forget about them.

It looks like DieselAction is trying to stiff me too. Soul_Rebel has been e-mailed about me not getting paid and I have put in 2 support tickets. I got no response so I'm spending my Saturday night pulling fucking DieselAction links. You don't fuck around with people's money and you sure as hell don't ignore them them when they ask about it.

I think most affiliates who've been around the "game" for any length of time will have likely been stiffed by at least one program.

I can think of one right away that affected many: iBill -- okay, they're not exactly an affiliate, but they were the ones processing the affiliate checks.

For me, there's been a few over the years. But of all the sponsors I have dealt with since the 90's, there are two others that will never get so much as a mention on any of my sites, let alone an actual link or any sort of promotion -- Mystique and Olivers Money. There's a better chance of being hit by a falling satellite than either of those getting a link from me.

Having said that, I can't count how many times a solo model site has just disappeared or the join link removed -- with absolutely no notice to affiliates. Those are always nice surprises too.

Well, Theo aka Soul Rebel, made contact last week and told me they issued a new wire. If that is true the money should turn up next week.

Ya that some dialer company stiffed me as well and I also got stiffed by Amateur Pages way back as well :disgust

Its 100% our fault we didnt contact you and it was due to the heavy payout through the wires recently and we have just missed that it doesnt have the bank name. Your wire was just stuck in the bank. Wont say name, because its just not right. But got stiffed for 4k. in fact about 20 webmasters did. All WAY back in the day.

#1: I was scammed by 12clicks old PPC program and never got paid when I first started working in this industry.

#2: I got banned from Amateur Allure, without pay, after Jimmy-3-ways decided to say that Krawl traffic was 100% from China and got banned from their network.

#3: Never got any payment from Amateur Wealth, and never been able to contact their support.

Kanoodle.com - for a lot. They changed their affiliate program, so that what affiliates earned for sending them traffic was instead of cash converted to Kanoodle credits. So basically you were able to use the money you earned for sending them traffic to buy back less traffic. Few months later Kanoodle closed affiliate accounts completely and people were not even able to use the credits.

Since I did receive the money Dieselaction owed me, today, I would like to revoke the earlier statements I made about them.

I appreciate the effort and I will reconsider marketing their sites again.

I've been pretty lucky, the only program I know of that has nakedly and deliberately stiffed me was GordCash, when they just baldly announced that they were going to stop paying affiliates for existing rebills. ( thread ) Fortunately, the amount involved was truly trivial because I had never got past sending them minor test traffic.

I've lost a ton more money to programs that change up their affiliate software and links without making any provision to keep the old links working. This pisses me off especially when the old links still take my surfers to the program and generate sales. But a lot of times, this is technical incompetence and cluelessness, not deliberate theft.

The time cleaning up crappy content so you can make a sale.

The time getting your links right and banners online.
