Did you try calling tech? They are always very good to us, never had any real issues. Sorry to hear you are having some.

Just called customer support and they told me that is night time there AND they had no number for calling tech support..:-) The saga continues...

I usually call the corporate office and get some one from there, tech department seem to be different location and on a different planet sometimes. try this number 310-664-5700. See if that helps.

Epoch's tech support is available 254/7/365 so I don't know who you spoke to that would tell you any different. And for the record, our support is in house.

Additionally - Epoch no longer markets the Paycom brand and, as our clients know, all email correspondence should go to [email protected]. This took affect over a year ago.
