Suggestions On Recruiting Models From College Campuses
 

I live near Rutgers University (Slutgers) in Jersey, I was just wondering how to go about recruiting it in a professional and discreet manner. The school does have an independent news paper but putting a large want ad I don't think they would allow it.

just put a want ad for models in the paper, give an innocent looking website or email for them the reply, send or post a questioneer with many innocent questions but including one that says "would you consider posing nude" and only reply to the ones that say yes to that question:)

Dumb as a brick.....tons of hot girls are on limited budgets/and or have maxed out their credit cards. All of the local "college sweety" escort services around expensive colleges have REAL college sluts who are perfect 10's.

I agree with pr0's comment. It's the same way around here. College girls do enjoy partying and having fun. A lot of parents will help support them through college or university but a lot of the girls I know going to college they have to pay for there own fun outside of school.

Approach the hot girls wearing a professional suit and ask them if they will fill a questionnaire for $10, say you work for a modeling agency. In the questionnaire ask them a lot of of Q's and of course include the Q where u ask them if they will consider nude modeling if they can earn upto $1000 a day (you dont actually pay them that much, but gets them excited).

You will be surprised how many of them will tick yes. Then after 2 days call them back telling them if they want to do a paid test shoot.

Parties are your safest bet.

Anything on campus can get you arrested... unless you've gone through the campus student services to get approval for whatever you're doing (and good luck swinging that) so it becomes a risk vs. reward kinda thing.

LOL why all the shady tactics? DO NOT SOLICIT people for models, its rude and can land you some fines by your local police officer. Just advertise where students are/go. Local trendy newspapers, the college newspaper (some MAY approve your ad, talk to the student council), and even doing late night local radio.

Seriously, recruiting is easy. There should be black boards everywhere.
Just put a decent paper on there and make sure to have some strips at the bottom off it that people can rip off with your telephone number on it.
I saw one of those when I was at the University. Promised non-nude model work on no pay basis. All the contact info was already ripped off the paper. It sure will work. The girls all want to be famous.

Use your imagination and you can get the girls to pay you.
There was a case in Denmark recently where someone charged the girls to take the photos, charged the men to have sex with the girls and used the content on his paysites / model sites.

My apologies I should refer to them as college models. I try Craigslist, weed dealer, and staple some ads on those boards near the bus stops around campus.

I'd think it'd be tough at Rutgers.

Still, there are probably independent (i.e. The <insert town name> Advocate) rags in the area. Plus, craigslist.com. Plus, why not post flyers in places off-campus where students are known to hang out--restaurants, bars, etc.

Here is what you do to get models on college campuses.

1. Check craigslist
2. Get Ad space for Models
3. Get a hold of one of the frat boys to invite you to the parties.
4. Get 1-3 girls do them right and they will tell there hot friends.
5. Go to college and wear a shirt that says Brazzers.com or something like that and you will get enough guys to ask questions. They then tell there hot girl friends that they know a guy who can hook them up. You then give him a small amount to buy drinks and he is happy as shit.

That is how I have found them and it works. I also got in good with the frat boys at the local college did some parties with them and before you know, they are telling the other frat houses how much fun it was and they should get you on there campus.

I live in college town also. I get contacted by more models then I could ever use. Luckily tickling and sucking a mean toe thins the heard dramatically.

Getting girls from college towns is easy as hell. You should be able to get more than you could ever use. I know that I always have to be careful in my recruiting efforts as there is only so much money in the budget, and some girls you will have a hard time getting back if you can't shoot them in a week or two.

Old thread alert noted, but for others... you might want to try using a female, college age, recruiter. Pay a girl a referral fee to talk to them and perhaps give a business card.

Tried that many times. Male and female. The males never once delivered. Females delivered a few who would contact you and ask about the gig. Few ended up following through.

Best source is referral bonuses.
