Please don't take this personally ... but maybe Glo-bill is just trying to keep backcharges as low as possible. And maybe they realized that one of the larges asian countries is Russia.

Well, you know, speaking as someone who has been smart enough to be with GloBill quite a while now, and singing their praises, one of the praises I sang was great webmaster service. If a problem crops up or if you have a question, you don't even need a phone number: they answer an e-mail in 30 minutes or less.

I have been hoping that if they add new clients, they do so in an orderly and rational manner so that their webmaster relations don't get sucky.

So, I'm not losing any sleep over them turning anyone down. If they're turning people down, I'm sure it's for good reasons.

I know globill does not accept webmasters from Russian and certain asian countries like Indonesia due to the HUGE amounts of fraud, scams and chargebacks from webmasters in those regions.

But they do make exceptions if you have a referral from another globill webmaster in long-time good standing.

Or you can just relocate to a non-scammer country!
