Looking for something to use as a dev box. European datacenter is preferred, but not a deal breaker.

I need at least:
-1gb ram
-80gb hdd
-debian/centos. no fedora core please...
-mysql backup daily OR 2x hdd's with some sorta raid setup
-unmanaged
-no cpanel/plesk/anything
-1 or more ips with reverse dns
-3tb/mo or 10mbits unmetered would be nice
-would be nice if you allow irc (bnc) on your network, but not a dealbreaker.

So, what's everyone got?

I think Webair has a datacenter in Europe?

I cant find anything on their site about that and their listed prices are a quite a bit higher then a lot of the competition. I'm lookin for something really really basic with not much bandwidth. So far Alphared seems to be the cheapest with what I want but I just wanted to see what else is out there.
