You can then download the resulting pages, thumbs and mpegs to the webserver.

I asumed that was what he wanted to do.

I need the program to be ab le to make the thumbs from the mpg then link the thmbnail to the mpg it extract it from

That is what MagicMedia does unless you want to do it directly on the server.

I'kll give a it a try, sounds like time saver :)
