:321GFY It's been 2 weeks and nothing, you said you had computer trouble but that was fixed on the 9th and it's now the night of the 16th and you don't even bother to get on icq or answer emails anymore!

I have it on good word from a few others that this is normal for you, so I advise anyone needing banners to stay away from BannerAnt, fuck his good prices it doesn't mean shit if he just takes the money any runs! :mad:

About a week ago after bannerant's bullshit, I filed a dispute with paypal. Within 15 mins, bannerant contacted me and said he'd get it done asap. I gave him 24 hours to complete the banners. 24 hours later, nothing. So I escalated the dispute to a claim. I got the email today that bannerant has refunded my money.

I am going to do that tommorow or monday if they don't have support on Sunday, it looks like he just took everyones money and ran, too bad because his banners looked great :(

Yep. I suggest not using him at all. I had to ask for a refund 3 times before he even started the job and it was done in 10 minutes ( 4 banners ).

It seems to be a trend, I guess I will be logging into paypal later :(

i'm still waiting on 4 images. Been waiting since before the superbowl. He emailed about his computer problems and i gave him some more time. Then he disappeared for 4 days, came back and messaged me trying to make it seem like it was my fault, saying he needed more landscape photos and not portrait, I said ok but am i going to have to hunt you down in a few days to get these and he said no send them and i'll get right on them. I emailed to him on the night of Feb12th and sure enough has not been online since. Kinda funny if you ask me. Guess I might have to retract my paypal over 34 dollar order. Pretty crappy... I just wanted a few banners, not alot to ask for really.

I ordered same day when i saw his post, and then his computer troubles happened and i was fine with it and told him not to worry, now he has disapeared since. I would just like the fucking banners instead of having to goto paypal, this is a pain in the ass.......:disgust

That really sucks. I hate getting ripped off. The worst part isn't losing the money, either. It's sad.

He ripped me off as well. Paid him $100 over two weeks ago, he kept making excuses and now he doesn't respond at all. I'll be filing Paypal dispute asap.

What I'm wondering is if he actually made any of those banners in his portfolio. Has anyone gotten any banners from him and were they as good as his supposed samples?

I thought that too that he stole the banners but check about the brokestraightgirls ones and i know he did make them. I will file a dispute too, only got ripped off for $50 but it's the point :mad::321GFY

Doesn't make sence, the guy does great work, surely he can make coin doing it properly, rather than ripping people off.

I can do some nice banners for a good price without any prepayment if anyone need it..

I really wanted to work with BannerAnt, but didn't like what I'd read. He does good work, but can't seem to get his head out of his ass. I went elsewhere and wasn't at all satisfied either. I figured I'd save some time and not have to do them myself and in the end, the money I spent was pretty much wasted because what I get isn't good...and I spent a few hours and pumped out a bunch that are MUCH better.

Candyflip, see the banner in your sig? TEVS banner. It took him 9 days to do that and 3 others.
Thats a long fucken time just to make 4 banners. He's not pushed for work either, I think he's just lazy.

Yep...I figured it was one of them. They are great. Some of the best I've seen. Too bad his head is in his ass. I actually paid more per banner, and got nothing I feel comfortable using to represent my program and sites.

he had told me that he works fulltime for triplexcash doing their promo banners and shit. any confirmation of this?

I don't think he has been online in a while, I have worked with him a few times on different things. He isn't always the fastest at anything, but he does good work. I am not sure why he is so slow on things.

I originally sent the paypal funds on Feb 3rd, I'd say that is plenty of time to make 4 small banners. Starting a dispute now, will escalate if no response to their emails.

My Designer, has some extra time to do Banners. Check Sig!

i will post my banners in a bit have to go out, but bannerant came through, and he did have computer trouble that got worse, i know it looked bad, but as soon as he was back online and fixed he came throught with kick ass banners in less that 24hours i will upload and post later.
