i keep seeing this shit in netstat

if you see email addys with the netstat command something is wrong.

no the email is the whois of that domain

sniff your traffic and see what's happening.

could be a normal program you use checking for updates or other things or it could be a trojan.

gimme a good tool to sniff traffic

Do netstat -n to see the IP. Reverse DNS lookups can be faked.
