anything MAC

DirectXNetwork 02-15-2008 12:56 PM

I forgot to mention laptop. The person who will be using the computer is too used to the windows xp system. The change would be hard.

It's not that light after you buy all of the attachments needed to get any use out of it. They seemed to hate it on Attack of the Show, and they're usually pro mac.

Just bought one of these babies just for travel. My Dell inspiron had its last trip Im afraid. Too heavy and too many issues with it to be dependable now, but Ive had it for 5 years or so now. Took a ton of abuse.

Real happy so far with the toshiba. Planning on lot of trips this year, so it should get a good workout. Comes with Vista ultimate though not xp. Loving Vista!

Good luck finding anything new w/ xp already on it. Its all gonna be vista, you will have to downgrade yourself.

We have Macs here. Macbook and Macbook Pro. Both can run OSX, Windows and any variation of Linux. As a Mac user who needs to run Windows, this is the ultimate solution.

Lycanthrope 02-15-2008 02:55 PM

Lenovo T-Series. Available sizes: 14.1" standard or widescreen or 15.4" widescreen. They still offer XP as an option.
