My guess would be they have been brought up to hate America all their lives.. Now all of the sudden we are one of the if not the biggest consumer of Chinese products. So they are happy to take our money, yet don't mind fucking us over one bit.

Kinda of the same mentality with a lot of the Russian webmasters out there (not all). They encourage each other to fuck over western webmasters, hence part of the reason there are so many Russian cheaters.
