What is the best video format for quicly and easily burning dvd's ????
mpeg, .avi, etc... what is a simple format that works with most dvd authoring programs?? Thanks :thumbsup

OK .....
final format is mpeg2... You can capture in AVI ( 20 gigs for 90 minutes approx ), then render that in mpeg2 to be able to author as a DVD ( VOB files ). WMV files can also be used, but the quality will be less. I like a lot TMPGEnc DVD author 3 ( http://tmpgenc.pegasys-inc.com/en/index.html ) where you can use the avi, cut-edit, do menus etc ... It will accept other formats as output and is very diversiffied as output options. This is my :2 cents: , but keep in mind that I am NOT a BRO, a stand-up guy or a top-notch guy..... |
