What movie would you like to see remade?

I'll take "Logan's Run".

J. Falcon 02-14-2008 11:19 AM

I personally don't want to see any more remakes EVER! I'm pretty fed up with remakes, spin off, comic book heroes, and shows made into movies. Give me something 100% ORIGINAL!!

Its certainly not what i want redone, but logan's run reminded me of Tron for some reason...

yes

Logan's run would be great. Close Encounters of the Third Kind could be good.

Cecile B. De Milles' Ten commandments - will all new special effects!

I'm generally not a fan of remakes

but I'd like to see a remake of a movie with a good premise that sort of failed in the execution:
that would be Saturn 3

Michael Douglas can take his dad's place since they're about the same age. Jessica Simpson can take Farrah Fawcett's place. Harvey Keitel can be in this one too.

That's kind of sacrilegious

haha, I was thinking almost the same thing, but for some reason Tara Reid popped into head before Jessica Simpson....

Superbad. Maybe the remake wouldn't suck like the original.

Boobzooka 02-14-2008 12:26 PM

¿Quién puede matar a un niño? (Who Can Kill a Child?)

Brother Bilo 02-14-2008 12:28 PM

I agree that there hasn't been an original movie out in some time because of this remake craze, but I think The Man With No Name trilogy would be awesome if it was remade. It would be hard to replace the bad assness that Clint Eastwood brought to the character, but maybe Christian Bale?

Evil Chris 02-14-2008 12:28 PM

Logan's Run?

Wasn't "The Island" right up there along those lines?

DivaShane 02-14-2008 12:42 PM

John Carpenter's The Thing
How much more fucked up would that movie be now with all the new effect options??

You never saw Logan's Run? Tell me it ain't so!

The island isn't anything like Logan's Run.

There is no sanctuary

Mazuma Jason 02-14-2008 12:59 PM

I'd like to see Boondock Saints re-done with better actors!
