Domain Direct question

Their email support is very slow it seems, maybe one of you nice folks can help me with this:

How do I move one domain from a Domain Direct account to another of my Domain Direct accounts? I wanna do a transfer to myself but can't find any way to do it?

Hi Rockatansky. All is well here, thanks. And the sites are in the final stage of the process, basically I'm just waiting for my money to arrive. Look out for an awesome anouncement soon, this is good stuff :)

Bump for the DD question.

there should be an option to push the domain to another account
if not try a transfer option from your gaining account

I am not familiar with DD.. with directnic it is easy.
Bump for you...

I can't find that option, and the transfer option doesn't work since the domain already is registred with Domain Direct.

Thanks Judy :)

This is the way directnic tells you doing it:
Important: Before you submit your transfer request, Please check your domain(s) for the following things at /whois/fullwhois.php:
1. Administrative contact: The transfer confirmation email is sent to the administrative contact listed in the WHOIS. Make sure you respond to that confirmation email within 3 days.
2. Creation date: Domain must be 60 days old to be transferred to another registrar.
3. Expiration date: Expired domains cannot be transferred. We recommend that you submit the transfer at least 5 days before the domain expires.
4. Auth Code: You need to obtain the Auth Code from your current registrar. All transfers require an authcode. You will need to enter this code when you submit the transfer.
5. Registry lock: You will need to unlock the domain if it is on registry lock.

Domain Direct sure doesn't spend time answering their support tickets...
