I moved to a dedicated server with Phatservers today since I need to get my shit the fuck off of several other hosts, including "award winning" ones (not to name any names) that go down every single fucking day.

From the time I contacted sales concerning the upgrade from semi-dedicated to dedicated, support was on it 19 minutes later. This was all done by e-mail (some hosts need to learn how to use that tool) so that includes the time it took support to type their e-mail to me asking how I wanted things done.

Less than 3 hours later, from start to finish, my 13 sites were moved without a hitch, whereas other hosts (again, not to name any names) take a week or more to even get started.

A big thank you to Chris Eastman and the excellent support at Phatservers. Mike Wesson and Keith Baldwin are great too.

It's easy to complain about poor service from "award winning" hosts but Phatservers rocks. That's why I've been with them for nearly 6 years.

Phatservers rocks! My best host and I currently have ded-servers at 5 of the so called leading hosts

have been using them for years, great host :thumbsup

I'm sure that the technical stafff at Phatservers sometimes rue the day that I ever signed up, as I am less-than-competent when it comes to server issues.

But they take good care of me.

Jup, top notch company. Phatservers don't have customers, they have fans. :)
