Best laptop?

So my laptop if fried...I guess 15 hours a day is a little too much for it to handle.

What is the best laptop (pc) out there?

Well i think it all depends on what you are using it for.
Personally i run off a Dell XPS laptop and i love it. But i dont recommend it for portability.

IBM/Lenovo ThinkPad X/T series

Toshiba U300 series. Screen only 13.3" and good config - has all you need for $899

Had two compaqs that broke down sooner than I would expect. Have a Dell xps1330m now and it's pretty nice.

I use it for just about everything. Run Sony Vegas, dreamweaver and photoshop constantly.

Its a bummer you added the (pc) cause I was definitely going to recommend a Macbook Pro
