So my laptop if fried...I guess 15 hours a day is a little too much for it to handle.
What is the best laptop (pc) out there?

Well i think it all depends on what you are using it for.
Personally i run off a Dell XPS laptop and i love it. But i dont recommend it for portability.

Had two compaqs that broke down sooner than I would expect. Have a Dell xps1330m now and it's pretty nice.
