Yep, it sucks !!

I used to do dumb things like that quite often when i used to work for hours without stopping. Now i make sure i take small breaks in between...

No, that means its time for a stiff drink, and to start over.

Well. FORTUNATELY, I immediately unplugged my internet connection, went to the browser's history and was able to recover the page.
So nothing was actually lost.
But I lost a lot of data because of such mistakes in the past. Sucks big time.

When I was in college is was writing a huge report on the engines of the 777. It had to be an intense report full of all kinds of details, and the procrastinator I am, I waited until a couple days before it was due. As I was just getting to page 60 something, I leaned back to stretch and kicked the plug out. Lost it all.

I was so pissed I didn't even turn it in. I ended up with a B in the class somehow, so it all worked out.

Damn I hate that!

and no I'm so obsessive compulsive, I'll often have 3 or 4 different backups/versions of backups

I hate when I do that, best to just walk away and take a break :)

I usually start drinking a half sack when that happens
