With these rules put in place you won't see everybody popping up with their own paysite,you won't see some fool who knows nothing but happens to have enough money to start his own partnership program causing a negative effect on all of us... Billing company's have known these things to be coming for months. Heck I was told about them at the convention in Florida. We have no problems with the percentages and we run free trials.
