My pug will sleep in the strangest positions (pic)
 

My partner came home for his lunch break earlier today and decided to take a nap on the couch. Of course, that means it is time for the Parker the pug to climb on board for a sympathy nap. Sometimes she just gets into silly positions like this and I have to grab a snap.

I have seen my dogs in the past sleep in the weirdest positions, it's unbelievable how they can get comfortable enough to actually fall asleep.

Both Maggie and Parker often sleep on their back with their legs straight up in the air. Sometimes Maggie sleeps like that with her eyes not fully closed and that really freaks me out.

Ahaha! Parker looks so comfy and she is poised for an emergency "my person moved and knocked me off the couch" retreat.

She was comfortable..though she prefers to sleep on his ass and use the cheeks for pillows. He would kill me if I posted that picture.

I would but he is nearly 6 foot 3 and I am 5 ft 2 and bought the couch for my size. So, he can't lay down on it without putting his legs in weird positions. Plus, with two dogs, his shoes on the couch are nearly the cleanest thing on it most of the time. He is trained well enough to clean up after himself ..unlike them.

I just found this one I took a couple months ago when she was also on 'Daddy Nap' duty.

Cats are more flexible. Pugs look like they shouldn't be able to get into strange positions but they somehow manage.
