FACT: Moving Sucks
 

I just moved from Los Angeles to Hershey PA for a while to take care of some family shit, as well to get out of LA for a while. Honestly, it would cost the same to live in LA for 3 months as it would to move all my stuff plus pay bills at my new place for 6... so its kind of like buy 3 months get 3 free.

Worst part is its snowing and cold. I picked a FINE time to move back here.

Ive been back here for about a week, but just got my stuff from the movers last night. the truck broke down and took about 4 days longer to get my shit here. but WOW, putting all this stuff away and trying to set up all my electronics and such SUCKS. Its easy to find someone in LA to come hook all your stuff up, but here is nearly impossible so I was trying to get it done today but about 1/2 there.

Moving does indeed suck. Especially moving while you're sick. I never want to do that again.

i throw anything out I have not used in 3 months so I have less to move.

thats what i did. i had boxes that i havent opened since i moved 4 years ago. i must of trashed over half my stuff. i figured if i havent used it in the past 2 months, i probalby wont in the next year

Yeah it's real disruptive and annoying. And when your stuff arrives you still have to unpack it and set everything up.

moving sucks...but once everything is settled it feels really good

I pay movers to do the work for me..packing it all is one of the main headaches..can't stand it either

I feel ya there. Been there done that.

I couldn't agree more, but it's worth it when you are settled (Unless you live somewhere that sucks)

we just moved once and hopefully will not do it again.
it's so terrible, to fix all those things over again.

It does suck for sure.

I just moved 2 weeks ago, and sure it was just across town. But it still sucked major ass.

Ha. I know that feeling. We just moved across the country and took 2 weeks to get our stuff. Finally have it, and no fucking place to put it all.
