Scat = jail Links?

Got a friend that wants to start a scat site in the US. Trying to talk him out of it, but can't find any recent links to shut down sites or stories about obscenity convictions. Can any one help me help him keep his ass unraped?

Seriously though, I can no longer remember the URL, but there was a couple-pooping-on-eachother website a while back that was confiscated by the DOJ and when you went there afterward all you saw was their big logo and a message to that effect. The couple were charged with obscenity. I do not remember hearing about the outcome. Even if you don't get fucked by the law, you won't get CC processing in the US.

Here ya go -- an article on Danilo Simoes Croce, who pleaded guilty to obscenity charges last summer, and another piece about the case obscenity case brought against Ira Isaacs.

It's probably not the smartest idea to start a scat site in the U.S., and as DareRing noted, he won't be able to find anyone to process credit cards for it anyway.

Good links, but neither case was for the site's content itself (one for mailing, one for documentation and labeling errors)
