you know it could be avicash themselves spaming and then telling you it was one of their affiliates and that they took care of it and shut down that "affiliate" account.
they throw the responsibility on someone else and get a few webmasters to promote them (yes, I know, but some sponsors ARE that stupid)

or they sold their webmaster database to a spamer AND are enjoying webmaster traffic crediting the spammer with webmaster referral cash...waste of our time talking about it isn't it...I know I should just hit "delete" but one of these days I want to catch these spammer and bit the shit out of them:disgust
