Okay, I've read all (or most( of the threads about the Visa regs, and I'm confused.

A couple of processors are going one way, another claims it isn't affected (which is disputed by the group of three), a 5th is offering to pay fees for new webmasters, and PayPal is still totally silent on the matter.

AVS folks are pushing the "convert your paysite to a premium site" in some places; people are popping up all over the boards offering to buy paysites. The ACH/check processors are plugging away. There is an awful lot of folks wailing, lamenting, donning thier sackcloth and jumping into the ashes about the end of life as we know it. The conpiracy theorists have already got a thread going on how this is a big tax grab by big government (but then, they see almost everything that way).

How does this affect me? I'm a little guy. I build galleries and free sites and regular AVS sites. What's this going to do to my opportunity to sell paysite memberships to Wally Wanker?
