has anyone else lost most of their sales today due to netcash's site struggling so slowly its basically as good as being down?

i tried to contact Gerald many times, and one lucky day even received one message from him, after that he went offline for good
i am trying to get payment scripts working, but its impossible using their integration tutorials. also, there is no way to test if scripts are working at all. i am about to give up with netcash

Netcash works fine for us, 19 transactions yesterday through them. I do agree however that integration is not easy and their stats are far from useful. Hire a good coder, he will connect it in few hours.

lol, i am the coder. and have successfully integrated more than 20 different payment processors. but never experienced so many problems than with netcash. when i need help from netcash, i just can't get it. i never said they do not process transactions, i said its so hard to get any help from them!

just kidding. i know many of them.
also finally i got appropriate support from netcash
btw their software was also written by russian coder and he was the only man who helped me properly with integration
