I lent a BBQ to a friend (worth about $1000) and it got ripped off from his apt balcony last night. Man that shit pisses me off. The theif cut the chain and everything.

I wonder, would it be legal to zap someone with a tazer that was stealing your stuff. Then maybe handcuff them to a hydro poll (removing all their cloths).

No. Not unless the state legislature has modified the law in the last few years. A repo man was shot and killed a few years ago. As I recall he was not even charged and tried. Shortly there after there was a proposal in the state legislature to modify the law, but it failed. So I will repeat unless the state legislature has modified the law since, it is still legal to shoot and kill repo men. Basically in Texas you can protect your property with deadly force, unless laws have recently been modified.

Tie the thief up naked. Castrate him, and cook his balls on the grill. Then make him eat them.

Then flee the country.

I would perfer to shoot first and ask questions later. Since I dont sleep much im a very light sleeper. My neighbors rabbit was almost made roadkill today becasue his ass was prancin around in my yard
