I believe that our embargo only keeps us (US) from purchasing their (Cuba) goods. To my knowledge they do not have an embargo that stops Cubans from buying our goods.

They are there just like the Castrol oil company is there. Via corporations that are held in other countries. We spoke with someone from castrol, and they said that they are owned by a corporation in Czech or something like that, I dont recall.
