I quit fucking with ringtones, but when I did I was using sendmemobile.com through Azoogle and they had some pretty decent landing pages. I also used jamster.com through Commission Junction and had no complaints with either. They had the highest payouts of any of the ringtone sites that you could actually count on to pay you with no issues...
