just got back from hospital...
... for panic attacks. Was laying in bed and next second I have sudden fight or flight reflex and super anxiety. I have no real stresses.
I used to have panic disorder a while back and was on meds for it but it sorta went away on its own. but, I'm better now that i have an asscheek full of benzo's, albiet completely out of it. I don't even know how the hell i'm managing to type right now, it just took me 6 attemtps to close a window because i couldn't aim the mouse anyone else ever get this shit? |

benzo doesn't do shit for me, I usually pass out or it takes too much time to work/act. Fucking hell...:2 cents: |
I know a few different people who have panic attacks. I've never had one. I hear it's some very scary stuff to deal with.

I have had panic attacks. They really are distressing even when you know there isn't a real reason for the stress.

Anxiety has always been a big problem for me.
I deal with them in thier full terrifying glory as I refuse to take medications for them. |
I feel alot better today except for my asscheek hurting alot from the needle. I have a referral to go to a psych from the doctor in the hospital, so I will go today and at least get some emergency pills or something. Before when I had this they put me on ativan but I didnt want to take them regularly, so i would just dissolve one under my tongue if i started getting a panic attack.
We will see what the psych doctor says when i go later today. |

Here are some tip a good friend of mine was talking about that helped him. No coffein, no alcohol and lots of exercise to start out with. If you get an attack, time it! That way you know the next time that it will only last for a certain amount of time, it gets a lot easier to deal with knowing that he told me. *hugs and kisses* |
