Yeah, many affiliate programs offer bannerless free hosting. It's called Revenue sharing hosting. You're only allowed to promote sites within their program. Like the link Herb posted.

Also, many new free hosts start off without banners, to attract users. The latest one i've seen, is hosting.xxx.com

No ads until later this year i think.

I've got a DEC Alpha (64 bit processor), 256M RAM, 2 scsi hd's, running FreeBSD/Apache Server, MySQL database, Perl (no PHP), etc., hosted by Candidhosting in Tampa (multiple/redundant lines). $35.00/mo, 100 Meg of mem, $3.00/Gig bandwidth, no bandwidth limit. Unlimited e-mails, FTP, Telnet, etc. Only downtime experienced in over 4 years has been to add programs. No censorship, just nothing illegal either.

If interested, drop me an e-mail at [email protected] and we'll talk.
