When you do link or traffic exchanges does it matter
 

If you trade with blogs, mgps or tgps as long as the niche is the same as yours? Sometimes I don't mind trading with other types of sites as long as the content is the same. However I've heard some people prefer sticking to just blog traffic or tgp traffic etc...
