Any idea why it won't load

When I check my FTP it says snap.jpg 0 in size, I tired to rename it and upload it it still says the same thing

I use Fwink to upload the image file, so it does it automatically.

it's driving me nuts I have no clue what is wrong.

It was the firewall blocking it .

I just took it off, it does not give me an option to open port 21.
