need your fast help.... i gotto make a short trip to new york the next days.
what is the us country code that i gotto add when i want to call that number 1-800-221-4982 (helmsly hotels) outside of the USA.

They probably have a non 1800 number somewhere.

Pick up the phone, hit "0" for the operator and when someone answers, tell her "I need to make a direct call to America. What do I dial?"

when calling 1-800 numbers from outside the US: dial 1-880 instead of 1-800
when calling 1-888 numbers from outside the US: dial 1-881 instead of 1-888
